Just a quick note to thank you for taking such good care of our boys
last Saturday night at the River Terrace Inn. We came home (Michigan) to
a Winter Storm - ugh! It snowed all day, freezing temperatures & shivering
-nothing like your gorgeous, beautiful weather in Napa! I'm so ready for
spring, but apparently Mother Nature isn't. Markie & Chris told us you were
great and they had a really good time. Thank you, thank you! They're finally
at the age where we can really communicate with them now. Having a 4-year-old
grandson, I'm sure you know what I mean. Markie LOVED the paints. He soaked
& washed the sponges all night in the bathroom sink so they would be clean
when we brought them home! He loves to clean - hope that quality stays -
HA!

I just wanted to send a Thank you to everyone who was involved with our
sitting. We had a sitter named Sara, she was great and fun. We had a lot
of changes and were late on the last night and she just handled everything
with professionalism and flexibility. When we come up again we hope she
will still be available. Your service was wonderful and eased our minds
coming in from out of town and not knowing who is going to watch your child
can be nerve racking, but your staff was warm friendly and on top of every
detail.

We loved them and were so pleased with their manner, attentiveness, and
kind-heartedness. Mary brought a bag of goodies and together, they engaged
the kids immediately. I didn’t have access to email so I was unable to see
your confirmation. I feel I didn’t give them enough gratuity, to be honest.
We gave them gratuity but I had forgotten about the traveling fee, so the
gratuity came out to little. If you could either give me their addresses

as well as the decision to return to our home in Colorado at the end of
